I’m a 25y/o very masculine gay country guy, part time military, looking for a potential place to stay. I would prefer some flexibility with the lease as I would like to buy my own place within the next year or less, however, I am still getting settled, saving money, and waiting for the housing market to hit bottom, so if the right offer comes along, I won’t turn it down because of that. I’m also contemplating getting a dog, but that’s not mandatory either, so that shouldn’t be the deciding factor. I’m deathly allergic to cats (ok, so not deathly, but they do drive me nuts from allergies). I like to go out to drink occasionally in a bar or something, but I’m not a big drinker/partier at home. I’d prefer non-smokers, and non-drug users as well. I would like my own room/bathroom, and I have all my own furniture if necessary. Other than that, any cool people that share any of the same interests (which include anything military, anything rodeo/country, trucks, motorcycles, guns, camping & the outdoors, movies, photography, flying, the gym). Not your typical gay guy. I’d prefer either a straight guy that’s cool with me, or a masculine gay/bi one that shares the sentiment to room with.
